John Laing / TWBC Partnership

TWBC and John Laing have set up a Limited Company with profits being equally shared to regenerate over 80 TWBC assets worth £80m. One of these assets is the Council Offices Site in Cranbrook. Wilkes Field (Privately owned)
The Wood Yard (Privately owned)
Site behind the COOP (Privately owned)
